Interesting read.  A bit expensive, especially so with all the add ons.  If you read up on it and think  about your training you might be close to figuring it out on your own.  When I do jump squats for instance, I won’t do them without a weighted vest, but not so heavy as to feel like I’m losing speed just moving weight.  Same with Med ball throws, too light and I’m not accomplishing a whole lot.  A heavy ball my mechanics are gone for speed and it’s a weight moving exercise.  A 5kg med ball let’s me feel some speed while moving a mid weight.

  Things like Mach 3 and Superspeed probably fit into a lot of people’s budgets better.  I looked at the “whoop strap” as well.  Another cool idea but I can do without the monthly subscription.
