. . .I too, just use the stock head covers from Taylor Made. I considered getting a Terp Turtle of a PSU Nittany Lion, but for some reason those animal headcovers just don't do it for me!!

I have a New England Patriots Football headcover on my driver. It looks like a real football. Being a Pats fan and living in New York just got a little bit harder this year (damn Giants!). It should make for some interesting conversations on the tee boxes this year though.

That a tough one...I am sure you will be taking a lot of crap...still can't believe Eli Manning won a superbowl.

I use all the stock covers except for my 3 wood, which had a dalmation headcover. That way our dog Ally gets to go with me everytime I golf.

I use all stock headcovers, but would like to get a rare scotty cover

All stock headcovers here. I used to use a Newport Cup headcover on my putter... but now it's decorating the office. Right next to my brand new Titleist staff bag with my name on it.

yeah, i'd like to see the bag too.

Stock on the woods and putter. Simple black neoprene on all the irons to keep the graphite shafts from getting banged up.

I like covers as it forces me to completely claen a club before I put it back. I find it very distracting to have to clean a club before I use it.

I do have a Memphis University decal on my cart windshield. Got my BBA there and my son has a MA from there (and will get his PhD there in 2 months). Memphis now has the best college basketball team in the USA despite the NCAA thinking that NC with twice as many losses is better. Right now the main question to me is who will they play in the NCAA finals? I hope its UCLA, so we can get payback for Walton's 21 for 22 game in the 1973 finals.

    • Day 22: mirror work for a while. Working on my elbow in the downswing - keeping it in a better position.
    • Day 36 (16 Dec 25) - continued the exaggerated left foot weight shift trigger adding some easy low flighted pitches with the 5h and a few putting style bump and runs with the 5h as well.
    • Day 442 - 2025-12-16 Got some swings in at an indoor academy a little south of Erie.
    • Has anyone played the new Maxfli forged irons? For the first time in I don't know how many years, they have come out with new clubs. From what I read, Maxfli was bought by Taylor Made a long time ago which then took all of their ball making technology and patents in order to get into that market. The club business was left to whither and the reorganized company, now a part of Dicks / Golfworks / Maltby, is producing these new clubs. (Their Tour X balls which I play are really good.) Anyway, I tried them both out at Golf Galaxy. There's a player's distance iron (XC-3) and a blade (XC-2) and both feel really, really nice, almost "Mizuno-like" in their soft buttery feel and they're a bargain at $800 for a set. I'm planning to ditch my Titleist's and want to go back to a forged iron. I almost pulled the trigger on the Mizuno Pro-245's last summer, but a damaged tendon sheath in my finger combined with a back injury messed up my golf game so I held off. Now the Pro-245's are no longer available, soon to be replaced by the MX-15. (At twice the price of the Maxfli's...that's what got my attention in the first place.) If anyone has played with the new Maxfli's or just tried them out like I did, let me know what you think.
    • Day 126 12-16 Back swing and rotation work today. Didn't hit any balls. Focusing on rotating and getting to lead side.
