Hey all, new member here. Have a quick question for y'all. Been playing for many years and have gone through about 5 drivers in the last 6-7 years. I just can't seem to find one that works for me. I have an old Taylormade Burner 3W with a stiff shaft that I can hit just as long if not further than my driver. I normally hit the 3W about 260-265, but my drives average about 250. Right now I have an old Titleist 910 D2 and a TaylorMade M3. The Titleist is a regular shaft and I have both stiff and regular for the M3. I cannot for the life of me hit the TaylorMade driver with either shaft. Any comments or recommendations are much appreciated.

Drivers don't go as far as 3Ws because of angle of attack and launch angle.

You really need to pony up and get fitted for a driver. You will definitely find valuable information which could possibly tell you:

1. The shaft isn’t the main reason you aren’t hitting your driver well.

2. You don’t hit your 3w 265 yards.

3. It’s not the shaft.

4. It’s the shaft.
