GolfPass Is Trash Now… They Changed the Deal

Late last year a couple of buddies and I signed up for GolfPass on a one year agreement. It was a really good deal, and included a free monthly tee time credit on the Golf Now Hot Deals. Come to find out they changed the deal on all current agreements to only include a 10 dollar monthly credit, instead of a free round.  So we called them to find out waht happened, and they said that it says in the fine print that they can change the terms anytime. 😡 I'm really speechless. There has to be a lot of pissed off people out there. Please pass the word.

Well, yes and no. It costs 100 per year at a minimum, and without the free golf, it's just not worth it. Nobody I know is going to renew.

I had Golf Pass last year. The free monthly tee times were useless to me because I work and couldn’t use them on the weekends. 
 

They did try and get me to renew offer 2 dozen of the Taylormade TPX balls. That on top of the content was probably worth it.

I subscribed to it just for the instructional show, Swing Expedition (plus other instructional content). I'm not sure if all the episodes were available, but a lot were. I would just subscribe for a month, binge all the episodes and come back a year or two later when there is a bunch more episodes.

Checked with one course listed by GolfPass, called the course and they were like, no, we don't do GolfPass. Which was fine, didn't intend to use it for green fee discount.
