I just got back from a golf buddy trip to Pinehurst.  One of the best times of my life!  Played 5 coursed in 4 days.  We are thinking to make this an annual event for us.

  • :cleveland: Cleveland Launcher HB Irons, 4 through PW. CBX2 Wedges, 54 & 60 degree.

Annual buddy golf trips are great.  My experience is one needs to change things a bit each year or two or the experience gets stale.  So do this every year but think about variations in destinations, games played, lodging, etc ...

+1

Our group has went to Garland and Treetop the last three years.   Even before the pandemic, I wasn't looking forward to the same courses, the same rooms, the same restaurants.   I like variety.

The best part about Pinehurst is how much variety there is. I meet my buddies there 3 or 4 times a year since we are all 3 hours apart but only 90 minutes to Pinehurst for each of us.

We are meeting next Saturday to play Southern Pines.
