Working on my hip rotation to ensure I dont get a reverse spine tilt during my back swing.

Will be doing some Yoga as well to work on my general flexibility.

Awards, Achievements, and Accolades

1) lose weight, @ 40lbs

2) begin Aimpoint via DVD followed by live instruction in spring

3) work on swing, visit range and video my swing periodically for the My Swing page, take 3-4 live lessons.

4) read LSW
