Yes, the bar was in position. You can bend a little bit. On the downswing, it doesn’t snap free because my right arm still is bent until about A8.

If you have issues with a bent lead arm, I think it is a good training device for that. I would recommend it.

It was very nice of you guys to give this an unbiased review.  When I first asked for people’s thoughts it seemed like people were just going to rip on it without trying it.  It seemed to me like it would work ... thank you for validating a good training aid.
