No just a Golf shop here in Austin....I never had it done, so I blew it off.

I also didn't check around either, so it would have been my fault if I would have paid that. It is kinda sad though...they knew I was green....and the definetly had the LUBE ready....LOL

So, after playing golf for 2 years I finally swallowed my pride and took a lesson. One of the main things I learned is that my irons are an inch too short.

you appear to sound like you want to update.

ebay is a great source for some second hand mint clubs. or callaway pre owned. the best way to determine whether or not you like hybrids................ HIT THEM.

Mixed Hybrid Sets are the future on Tour

"People think the size of the head is most important. Wrong. It's getting a quality shaft. test different shafts to see which goes the straightest. Also, more degrees of loft on the head is better than less. Eleven degrees is about right."

Where did "Mixed Hybrid Sets are the future on Tour" come from? This was not an answer to the question being asked!! And it isn't true anyway!!

1" extra in length is huge, i think henrik stenson at 6"5 doesn;t even have his an extra inch! I would defo go and get a proper fitting, at $50 it may prove that the clubs you are using are the right length, thus saving you a bunch of money that you can spend on balls etc.

I would also ask ure pro why he measured from your knuckles? Very odd
