What do you hit from 200 yards?

it's in between clubs for me, but up here in the northeast with our high humidity and low temps I'm hitting a 5 iron. If I'm in Vegas (and I am a lot) I'm probably hitting a gap wedge

5 iron for me. Any hint of breeze into me tho I have to drop down to a 4 as the irons I hit go so high.

Normally i'd go with an easy 6 iron
And if i feel like I'm possessed by Tiger than i'll pull out my 7 iron
and really try and go at it.

It can get seriously windy where I play, 30mph is not that uncommon, so I can hit anything between a 3-wood and a 6 iron from 200 yards. That said with no wind and I'm striking the ball well then I'll pull my 4 hybrid out.

Driver......I wanna get there! Seriously, wind and how I'm hitting it that day, anywhere from 5i to 3H. I suppose on average I'd use a 4i.

4-5-6 depending on wind/elevation. Given stable wind and a level shot I'll usually hit a 5 iron.

i believe the average male golfer only hits the ball around 200yards, reading this thread i have to assume that the average golfer on here hits a 5 iron 200yards a driver 310.

watching the scottish open yesterday and the majority of pros were hitting 4 iron on 190 yard par 3
