No I dont play for the school..

I was just curious as my HS didn't have a team (until 2 yrs after I graduated) so I played midget A and AA. I played travel hockey since I was 7 or so, and played one season of AAA, but never was good enough to really stay at that level... I always had bad stickhandling growing up (at least compared to most AAA players). I played club hockey a little in college and now play adult leagues. I miss checking so much, cherish that part of the game while you can. I think every year I get a little better at golf and a little slower in hockey. The only thing I have improved hockey wise is my shot.

Oh well... hockey and golf are a perfect marriage... the seasons fit nicely together.

how are you still playing hockey?

I played today. We have summer ice hockey, too. Won our second playoff game today - now playing in championship game on Wednesday.

I graduated from college in May and now just play a lot of pick up beer league games, definitely miss the real contact now its just down to stick checks and getting hacked left and right.

my local rink is year round so I pretty much skate all year but I definitely slow it down in the summer months when playing golf. This year should be interesting, full time job and all. I'll see how much I get out this year... certaintly will not be matching my 90 rounds like last season.
