I tend to hit fat shots - no shaft lean/lag.  Also have a problem with lateral move of the upper body toward the target on the downswing (a function of me trying to get weight/pressure onto lead foot, but doing it the wrong way obviously).

My current handicap index or average score is: 20.5
My typical ball flight is: inconsistent!
The shot I hate or the "miss" I'm trying to reduce/eliminate is: FAT

Welcome! First thing I notice is the right elbow gets too far "around" or "behind" you on the backswing. Try out the drill(s) mentioned here on day 3, lots of good stuff in this thread.
