      Day 128 (07 Sep 24) -  Let’s see - band rehearsal this morning, rain (which we need), headed to meet up with my bride at the beach…yup about 20mins of some swings with the 8i hitting into the net, focused on setup and keeping tempo smooth thru the ball.

      Day 259: 9/7/24 Upper Core lesson with Gig Hilton at Sapona Golf Club in Lexington, NC. Great lesson! Really ripping it at the end of the session. Worked on simulator and weight mats to help with weight transfer and sequencing.
