Yes, it's entirely promotional. And yes, they're basically saying "our drivers fell behind for awhile, so we re-committed to speed and we're here with the TSi and the TSR now."

I enjoyed watching this series more than the 1st "Full Swing" episode. Well... I didn't really liked the full swing episode even though I really support both, Justin and Spieth.
