We voted in improving our lies along time ago, since the course was severely under kept.
We had bare spots in the fairway which might as well be cement. The bunkers were filled with rocks and never maintained.
Now that the course has the right super and put millions into drainage and upkeep, we will eventually move away from the need for some of these rules.

Nothing wrong with taking gummies, they help with anxiety and other stuff.
