What do You Eat to Stay Fueled up While Playing?

I usually bring a KIND power bar with nuts and dark chocolate if I am playing 18.  It holds off the hunger, gives me a boost, and does not slow me down.

Often something and peanut butter. Yesterday graham crackers and peanut butter. Often a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. When my wife will part with one or two, KIND Minis are nice.
