Screws Downward to the Left

When I drive off the tee the ball goes up and screws in a circle to the left and downward?  Any help ?

Sounds like a toe hook. Do you know where on the face you are hitting the ball?

Tried multiple balls.  All the same.  Ball goes straight so I’m thinking it’s hitting the middle of the club
