Ankle Mobility - Part genetics and part life style. Some good ankle mobility stuff over at TPI.

Sodium Loss - Some people sweat out a lot of salt. It’s important to not just drink water, but replenish you salt. Sodium is crucial for muscles and neurological functions. Look into those electrolytes powders. Something with equal parts potassium and salt is the best.

The top two are overall good for health and wellbeing. The bottom two more so for athletics.
