I have the exact same problem.

Thanks, I will try these. I also heard of the Right Foot Drill which is similar to #4 above. You setup with your left foot behind your right foot (when looking down the line) and then hit the ball.

I do many things wrong but this has been my nemesis. My wife has instructions to remind me to keep my heel down prior to a shot when we play together! Unfortunately, that also means that after every bad shot (due to this reason) she tells me that my right heel was off the ground when my club was still 2 feet from impact!!

Truthfully I forget. Particularly when driving or hitting a long shot. My mental, gorilla thing of "you have to hit it hard" takes over.
The only thing I have tried to do consistently as a reminder is to take a practice swing before hitting the ball with my feet together. (.............and even that sometimes does not work.)
