My budget is between 50-100 a lesson. Looking for someone with a good eye and to do some refinements. I took lessons with one of the staff pros at Firefox and a senior pro at Pine Needles. They were good, but looking to try someone new. Thanks.

While I have not taken lessons from these guys, from here is some 3rd hand information. I'm not sure about the rates.

Tom Ream at Pinewild CC - very analytical and leans heavily on viedo analysis. Very good if that style works for you.

Sean Desmond at Pinewild CC - very much a feel, look and see type of instructor. Very good for those who work best with that style.

Paul MacRae at Pinehurst Resort and CC - has seen a lot of swings. Seems to be particularly good at dealing with specific issues directly. FWIW his father has been a caddie at Pinehurst for forever and was Morgan Pressel's caddie at Pine Needles in her first US Open in 2001.

Thanks Dave - I tried Tom Ream, but he's busy with the golf school. He was recommended to me by a number of people too and has a good rep. Next time I come to Pinehurst, I'll try the one day golf school if he's teaching it.
