I know a few people who can sell me tickets for Sunday for a little over 100 bucks, but its looking like a busy weekend so I probably would only be able to go for a couple hours anyways..

I have an extra Sat ticket at face value if you want it. PM me if you're interested. BTW, uploading a bunch of pics from today.

No. That thing is a beast. 250 to clear the canyon. The pics from the tee box is the one right after the sign. Maybe the longest of hitters could reach it, but I don't think you'll see anyone try. The green isn't very deep and it has some nasty bunkers in front. This is the green:

and from the back side Last night Phil called that new tee box a big waste of money.

So I've been hearing on TV today about the primetime airing has some people across the pond upset, I know we have a few "chaps" here from across the pond(and a few down under), Will you guys be watching through to the 2am(or later) finish?

In Australia the majors are always on from about 6am through to 10 from the US and The Open Championship from about 3am through to 9. Needless to say I will be getting up early and watching as much of the US this week as possible and I am then going over to Birkdale to see the whole week of The Open! Very excited to say the least!

Mike Davis said the hole plays downwind, and they might only play it at 614 one or two days of the tournament.

So I bet someone will go for it.

Erik J. Barzeski —  I knock a ball. It goes in a gopher hole. 🏌🏼‍♂️

Yeah, I think he ditched the 2-ball and went to a Scotty a few weeks ago. However, that looks like an even different putter from the black Scotty he was using at The Memorial.

Just thought I'd post this, this is me playing #18 on the South course last fall. My ball was on land, but right on the edge. Decent pitch but I took a 6:

Nothing in the swing is done at the expense of balance.

What was hardest was that the bottom of that pond is concrete, not dirt. It was slippery as hell, especially by the edge where the bottom slants downward. I really thought I may fall in!

Longest Open in history. Granted he is hitting an 11* 3wood but man, if Phil could make good decisions, he might have a few more trophies on the wall. Don't get me wrong, he is a great golfer but seems to make some bone headed decisions at times.
