Advice please - I am comparing the SCotty Cameron Studio Select 2008 Newport 1.5, 2 and Circa 62 No2. They all feel nice and I putt well with them. Any feedback or comments. Thanks

I just had to make the same decision. I had all intentions of getting the Newport, but the gooseneck #2 62 just felt better. Neither is better techinically, the better one will be which one literally feels better to you.
I spent about an hour swapping back and forth to make sure.
Good luck and have fun!

I have the Circa '62 #2, and to me, it is AMAZING. But the keywords are "to me." I would like like to echo what scooterguitar said, try all of them, pick the one that feels and looks best to me.

Here's what I play:

Thank you both. I agree -I liked both of them but only tried them for 10 minutes. I am going to spend an hour or two using both next weekend. I may end with two putters! Birthday and gift for myself...if only...

My personal preference is that both feel great, I just do not like the dot instead of the sight line. I just could not get good alignment with the Circa 62 so I sold it.

I played my first round with thw 62 and was amazed, everyone else thought I was putting great as well.
One 3 putt , the rest were one putts or super close (few rotations from holing!) 2 putts.
Putting has always been my strong area, but this putter seems to just find the hole. Sure it could be all mental, but I've found THE PUTTER!
Good luck and have fun!

Don't overlook a Bettinardi/Mizuno putter. just got back from the local golf place and they had a couple of Yes, a SC Red X and the Bettinardi. My breakdown of puts made/puts taken

Bettinardi 14/15 (the miss was essentially just to the left by a hair and past the hole all of 6 inches)
Scotty 8/10 (to be fair I hate mallet putters and it was very nice but not for me)
Yes 0/10 (that is right - just couldn't stroke it with those putters)

Long story, longer - the Bettinardi really impressed me, great feel, the click and the damn thing simply put the ball in the hole every time.
