Worst golf day ever

A friend and I were discussing our worst day of golf and I thought I would share the story and see what everyone else had. It was back in high school and myself, cousin, and best friend made a trip to the driving range. The first mishap was when my friend pulled out the Killer Whale driver my dad won in a tournament the week before. The club had never been hit and on the first swing the head flew off to about the 75 yard marker. My friend apologized and I said it wasn't his fault, he hadn't hit the ground or anything so it was all the clubs fault. After that he decided to sit out until we hit the par 3 course. While I was hitting the worker at the range walked up and pulled the Big Bertha Warbird out of my bag and offered me $75 for it. I said no and asked him to put it back. Before he did he did a slow practice swing and hit my friend square in the front teeth on the backswing. Now he was bleeding and a small triangle was chipped out of his two front teeth, the range worker was freaking out and my cousin and I were holding back a laugh. Soon after that we decided to leave but before we could my friends truck was hit by a golf ball from the par 3 course. To top it off we hit a dog on the way home.

You are right that does sound like the worst day ever. i totally sympathise with you

The thing about that day was we still had a great time. If you can have all that happen and still enjoy yourself you gotta love golf.

How can anyone post their worst day after that? I was thinking of when i shot 110 out of nowhere.. but For F.Sakes... I couldnt even make up a day worse than that.
