At my home course, I show up about 10 minutes before my time. If it is somewhere I haven't played before I will try to get there about 45 min early and hit some balls before my round.
In my brand new bag (all my old stuff was stolen out of my trunk in June 2008 ):

I get there 5-10 minutes before my tee time. I dont really spend any time on the practice green, I just take a few practice swings on the first tee and then I let 'er rip.

Whats in my :sunmountain: C-130 cart bag?

Got into a bad habit of not practicing before a round, and my scores are showing it.

I used to go an hour early, but it's so damn hot out here I like to just show up and play. Stay out of the sun as much as possible.

I need to practice my chipping and short game before I play to get my confidence and feel, usually the evening before I play.

I also like to arrive as early as I can to practice my putting and get a feel for distance and make some short putts before heading to the first tee.

For a casual round, I usually get there early enough to grab something to drink and head to the tee box. If it is a tournament, I generally get there at least an hour early.

My home course, I don't make a tee time, I just show up. Any other course that I haven't played I am usually there 45 minutes early. If I have played it before I am there 15 minutes early.

For a training round I will show up about 1 hour and half before. Talk with my coach, some driving range practice...
For a Tournament I have my ritual. I show up 1 hour before. just a couple of shot a driving range, meet my caddie. than I enter in the silence / concentration mode. Mobile off, I prefer not to talk nad I try to empty my mind.

in my bag I have

driver: tour burner TP 10,5°
woods: burner women 3 and 5
irons: X-20 tour 3-PWwedges: x-forged 50° and 56°putter: Kasternballs: ONE black

For my weekend rounds, where I play 18 with another person or as a foursome, I like to arrive about 1 hour early, as I hit the range on weekends (small bucket usually) and chipping area.

During the week, where I go about 2-4 times playing 18 after work, I arrive about 15 minutes prior just to check the greens, practice putting, stretch, etc. No need to get there that early just to play a quick 18 or 9 on some days.
