I have just started to read this book recently and have decided to try and put his goal setting rules into work.

Has anyone read this book and used the goal setting rules?

I just finished this book. I'm also going to work on the goal setting and visualizations in the book. Now that I've read through it I'm going to try each lesson a week at a time once it warms up a little.
I've spent most of my life golfing - the rest I've just wasted.

I will too. Being in the Northeast it's difficult right now to do much golf related except envy all the southerners still playing.
