Hybrid Shaft Upgrade

UST FOR SURE! I have never a club with a shaft i like better than that. It's in all my hybrids along with my driver!

However the Aldila is a great shaft as well.

Thanks, E. In my earlier post, I described what I was looking for in a new shaft, and was hopeful that folks here could share their experiences based on shafts that they had used. In reading those replies, I hoped to find one that may best fit my needs.

I've just had the Aldila NV put in both my hybrids to match my 4 wood. I notice you're already using the NV in your 3 wood, so if you're happy with it in the 3 wood...

Personally I love the Aldila NV, shots don't balloon in the wind and it just feels so solid.

If you want a lower ball flight I would go with the Proforce shafts. But there is nothing wrong with the Aldila NV's.

I put in other becasue you should try them and see which one fitts you the best. I might like the Aldila shaft, but it is not for everyone. Heck, I am not even sure that I am 100% sold on the shaft that I have.

I went with the the V2 HL in mine. One warning, though....the hybrid shafts are more stiff than I thought. I love the siff versions in the driver and fairway woods I've demo'd...however the hybrid regular flex would have been best for me.

I put the V2 hybrid reg flex shaft in my hybrids. The V2 shaft will play stiffer than it rating IMO. They are tip stiff so you can't hold back on your swing. What I like about them is they are tip stiff so you can't hold back on your swing, oh and they feel good.

Are you looking for a higher launch, lower launch etc? For high launch I vote Prolaunch blue, for low launch I vote Prolaunch red/V2. I'm looking to re-shaft my 2 hybrids with Proalunch blue regular flex as they both have stiff OEM shafts in them right now that don't work for me (Prolaunch Red and UST SR3).

I am not allowed to start a new thread here. Maybe because I'm a relatively new member. Anyways, I could sure use some help. I just got 2 hybrids to add to my hogan forged set and r7 3-wood. I got Adams A2 OS and am having a HARD time controlling them. They are regular flex graphite shafts and I swing usually around 95mph, though I slow down for the hybrids.

I find myself pulling these a lot, and then i try to correct and don't know where it'll go.

Any help?

p.s. my hogan apex's have a #3 shaft and they work flawlessly.
