I got some forged blades used, and they're in really good condition, but some of the irons have some dings in them that are starting to annoy me, how do i get rid of these?

you can't (w/o some expensive metalworking that would cost more than their new replacement cost) - think of it as the irons having character.

Golfworks will grind then spot weld and then rechrome and they wil look like brand new. this will not be cheap however. you really have to love these heads to do this. unless they effect your play, I'd continue use and look someday for a new or near new set.

I bought my club used also and one of my irons had a ding on the bottom, 99% of the time its only cosmetic and doesn't effect your game.
