custom fitted clubs

so i want to get custom fitted in a couple years and spend the money on a good set that will last me a while. so what kind of prices will i be looking at for fitting and clubs and everything? also what all do they do to properly fit you? can you get it done at a golf course or at a specialty shop? thanks for any info.

It won't cost you a whole lot if any more than just buying the clubs themselves.

A lot of things get taken into consideration when getting fitted, e.g. stance, height, arm length, your swing in general, etc. It's definitely worth it.

Also, I know Golfsmith does fitting, and the closest one to you is in Webster.
