Black Pearl Unknown Scotty

So I was at one of my local stores today, and saw a Scotty in the corner that was just absolutely gorgeous. It was listed at $200 and appeared to have a black pearl finish(dark with a rainbow effect on some areas). It had a custom paint fill on all the letters, I believe yellow on the bottom. The feel was just amazing. Out of all of the putters in the store I ranked that, the Ping Redwood, and my putter in 35" the top 3. Anyways, he told me it was a Tour issued putter, and that a pro came to trade it in because Nike has a new contract with him and wanted him to use one of their putters. Pretty interesting I thought, and $200 seems cheap for a beautiful Scotty in great shape.

if its a true tour scotty, there will be a t inside of a circle somewhere on the club, if so, go buy it now, it will be worth alot more than 200, If not, any idea on what model it is?

yeah... 200 for a tour issued model... I dont think so

it could be a miracle case but highly unlikely

Doubt it's a tour issue, you're not just going to find one of those on the shelf in some shop. It sounds like a Studio Design, can you find a picture of what it looks like online somewhere. Or at least one similar?

hey, dont doubt its a circle t putter so quickly. i paid only 250 for mine and it was brand new in the plastic.

I looked online onthe scotty cameron site and found no putter that had the appearance of this one. I'll give it another look but I am basing the fact that it's a tour issued putter based upon what the guy at the store told me. Could have been a misunderstanding. All I know is that it just tel amazing. Better than the studio select in my opinion.

So I called the store today, found out it was a Scotty Cameron studio design 3.5. Had a black pearl finish all throughout the putter. Not Tour issued, but rather traded in by a "tour" professional. That's where the misunderstanding came in. $200 btw.

Cameron putters do not come in plastic shrink wrap, if that is what you mean. That would be a non-genuine item. And I doubt that circle T ones have plastic on the grips.
