How many golf balls do you carry in your bag when you play?

Usually about 6 to 12, not including practice balls and finders.

Holy moly, I should have had a few dozen today the way I played. Only lost 3, but with the time I spent looking for them, I probably could have played an extra hole or two. Thats what I get for playing the morning after a work party. Lesson learned, well, probably not...

the course ive played the last two times has such deep rough. I swear its 6 inches deep.

You hit your tee shot and you see it land in bounds, then you walk out there and CANNOT find it. pisses me off so much.

typically, i'll take three sleeves out with me (which is overkill, i rarely lose more than three balls in a round), and i usually have a couple of old balls rolling around in the bag somewhere too.

Anywhere between 2 and 5 ProV1x. I carry, so I'd rather my bag be as light as possible. This Sunday was Thanksgiving in Canada, and play was slow as it is on all legal holidays. I left the house with 3 balls, and came back with 106 balls, 23 of which were ProV1 or ProV1x. I only play the Titleists and give the rest to my friend who runs the 1st Tee program here for underpriviledged children.

I usually carry about 1/2 dozen.

At least 18. The vokey's usually don't get a chance to chew them, mostly burrowing animals and fish do.

I usually carry 12-18. Well I start with that many. It's hard telling how many I end with. Sometimes that number is half or double depending on how the round goes and how many I find on the course. I try to start with about a dozen new balls still in their sleeves and then I have about a half dozen or more from the round(s) before.
