A couple of weeks ago, I was in golfsmith and demoed i10s and AP1s. The AP1 demo club was the club that they assemble. When the guy handed me the club, I noticed that head moved around alot. I made a few swings, but that loose head really had me torn up. When I questioned the guy about it. He said that is the way it is. Now, I am basing my new iron purchase on that experience. I did really like the i10s, but I cannot believe that the AP1 was set up correctly. Have any of you guys ran into this? Do any of you know what he might have done wrong?

Thanks,
John

The head never came flying off, but it had enough movement that you could hear and feel it!

No I think he assembled it wrong. I have used the fitting system and it should be tightened and feel like a normal club

It was most definitely assembled wrong. We have that same Titleist Fitting cart and when it's put together correctly it's just like an actual club.

I'd say go back, and have someone else put one together for you.
