Just got sent this by my brother-in-law. Have not heard of this before 10 minutes ago. Apparently there is a lawsuit filed and being reviewed by a Federal Judge that Obama was not born in the US, but was actually born in Indonesia, and is therefore inelligible to even be a candidate for the Presidency.

Before you go attacking me as is so apt to happen on these boards, I am not a supporter of either candidate, just got it sent to me a few moments ago and thought I would pass it on. I have no idea if it legit or not, but it is on the Justia site.

Agreed I know plenty of people that do not like him but they are educated enough not to believe he is a terrorist muslim extremest non-US-citizen black panther who wants to kill all white people. As far as his names, I have a million too, hate my first name, use my middle name, had a step dad used his last name for a while, and had a few nicknames and variations of my first name....big whoop.

As I usually do not vote for any of the Presidential Candidates anyhow, I normally delete the emails that are passed on to me, so I am not familiar with these sites. I will pass them on, however. Looks to be a good site for information on this sort of topic. btw, I only have one last name, so I found that to be strange. I was unaware that most people have a million variations they have used in the past. Guess I am in the minority on that one.

The link to the Justia site, look for the Berg vs Obama topic. I have no idea if it is valid or not, but at the very least a motion was filed. Who knows, a lot of poo-slinging always come out in the last 3 weeks prior to the election.

I don't think this has anything to do with the last w eeeks of the election, these topics were brought up months if not a year ago and I think most would consider them a non-issue by now. Most people who still believe Obama is a Muslim terrorist, ect, are married to their cousins if not conceived by a a cousin couple...somewhere in those states between Ca and NY. Just curious, if you don't support either candidate why are you only digging into derogatory Obama topics?

It's a typical characteristic of the conspiracy theorist complex: pursue only the stories that feed one's sense of paranoia. Conspiracy theorists tend to be right-wing in any case; the fact that the Democratic candidate in this election is an African-American with a Kenyan father, who spent a few years of his youth in an "exotic" (read: non-American, non-western European) country, and conducts himself in such a controlled manner, makes them believe that something's up. Lost in the fuzz is the possibility of McCain being the real-life Manchurian Candidate.

Again, read the first post, It was sent to me and I posted it here. I for one thought it was weird someone would have used that many last names in their lifetime. And if it is old news thenapparently it is being brought back up to the light, so that makes it news to me. Some people may not have heard this before, so if you have, disregard it. Or you can choose to follow me from post to post and exert your authority, you seem to have a thing for doing that. I wonder why.......
