I'm looking at buying an odyssey black series #1 milled face

Is it worth the money???

yeah, I just picked up the insert version of that putter. The milled one feels great. I tend to be a bit short and I liked the extra weighting due to the insert but the milled is pretty spectacular. it gets the ball rolling on line immediately and the weighting feels great. definitely a putter to be proud of

Can't comment specifically on the #1 but I've had the #3 for quite a while now and it's an exceptional putter. Very good balance. Worth the money? Not sure, as it's pretty pricey but I'm putting as good as I ever have with this one and it'll be staying in the bag for the foreseeable future.

I've got the #2 and I like it a lot. It feels great, but I spent the $$ so that I know my bad putting is MY fault, and not the putter's!

the black series 1 is a great putter for what you pay. sure beats paying 300 for a new scotty. The feel is solid and contact is thin despite its heavy weight.

definitely consider it.

life is too short to play bad golf....
