Right Leg???

I golfed on Saturday and shot a 42-49 (front-back)...Not my best round I may add. So I was looking at my swing after and tried to figure out what was wrong and one thing I noticed was my right leg (i'm righty). Mine is straight on the backswing.

Should it be flexed (bent) or straight?

Is your leg bent or straight at address? The goal of the golf swing is to return to the address position at the moment of impact.

If it's straight in the back swing you are most likely doing a stack and tilt swing

It should remain flexed. Close as possible to the same position at address. This what creates more torque in your swing. If you change your flex, you also generally change your spine angle which makes it difficult to hit consistently.

You should keep your knee bent a little so that you can more easily push off of your right leg during the forward swing. If your right knee is locked, you'll have no leverage.
