Shorten My Backswing

I am working on shortening my backswing in combination with lower my rear shoulder and keeping my left arm straight on my backswing and this has given me a more consistent golf swing.

By lowering my rear shoulder and when I take my backswing I focus on keeping my left arm (right handed) straight and this has helped shorten my backswing to less than parallal and made my driver, iron shots more solid and consistent.

I played yesterday and my irons must more accurate and perdictable where its going plus the contact is solid. I hit my best 6 iron shot of the year into a long par 4.
