Thinking about playing something different than my usual Callaway HX Hot. My Driver swing speed is probably around 85 to 90. Would like to find a low to med spin that does decent around the greens. Besides the Distance straight I am also considering the Precept Laddie X. I really like the Callaway IX Tour I just dont want to spend that much on a ball. Thanks

i play the distance straight and find it pretty bad around the greens but great for hitting fairways. Personallyi was considering changing to the Bridgestone E6

The Nike PD Soft probably fits your profile better than most balls. It's a low compression mid spin ball. You'll get more out of it distance wise because of the low compression and what spin it does give you should help around the green. The price is pretty hard to beat too. I bought a dozen recently to play over the Winter months. When it's cold out the lower compression helps.
