Get a 585H, they are great.

I'm currently after a 21 degree hybrid and am looking at the 909,585 h or the callaway ft. i have found a good offer on the 585, £80 brand new. advice please, i'm not that bothered about workability just a traditional looking small head and quite a low ball flight. the 909 is nicer looking than the 585 imo but i dont think it is 50 quid nicer. and how does the ft compar

Never hit the FT, but IMHO, what has revolutionized since the 585? The 909 can't be that much nicer, just newer, the 585H on the other hand was a complete change from it's predecessor. It's very very very workable in my opinion, seems to either balloon or have a very penetrating for me. If i dont hold at the top of my backswing it balloons, but that happens with all my clubs, so I would definately get it, it's highly workable, for me if i mis hit, it just goes lower, and usually the same distance, but if you have slice or hook problems, this isn't the club, it'll highlight them, it certainly does on my bad days.
