Sunglasses.....any recomendations...?????

I have a pair of Maui Jims that are scratched badly and in need of replacement.


I've also been wearing the same pair of Costa Del Mar Wave Killers for the past 8 years.


I need to update my shades.

Any suggestions??????

I've got a large head and those were pretty comfortable.

Why not send your Maui Jims back to the mfg?

For $8.95, they'll completely recondition them...including cleaning up pit/scratch marks.

Peakvision are great for golf, sundog makes good stuff too. If you're lookin for something other than oaks.

If you're going for optimum performance then look at non-polarized NXT lenses. The optics are superior to polycarbonate lenses and, to a golfer, the optics are probably the number one priority. Many more options than there used to be but still somewhat limited (Peak Vision, Rudy Project, and Specialized are a few companies making NXT sunglasses).

Oakley Monster Dogs . . . best sunglasses I have ever owned. Fit my big ugly face great, don't slide when swinging a club, fit on top of my hat when the sun goes down.

Tifosi Sunglasses for me. Reasonable price, three interchangeable lenses and very comfortable. Because I don't wera a hat sunglasses are important to me and I could not be happier with the Tifosi's.

Wound up not buying a pair of shades. I used the gift card on a Garmin Nuvi instead. Picked it up on the way out of town heading to Memphis for the Liberty Bowl.

That little tool was very handy....made easy work of the navigation....make a wrong turn and it'll get you back on track immediately. I highly recomend these....easy to use....we litteraly opened the box and plugged it in while on the road driving. No need for instructions....very simple yet versatile. I'll never travel w/o one again.
