If you are only losing one ball every 27 holes why would price be a concern. I know after 9 I wish I would lose my ball so I can hit one in better shape.

no Kidding. If I only lost one ball every 27 holes, my index would be single digits :)

At one lost ball every 1.5 rounds I'd be more worried about finding the ball that best fit my game than I would be about cost. However, I do agree with the bridgestone recommendations. They have some really good stuff in their lineup.

Thanks for all the Help everyone, i bought myself a ball retriever a few weeks ago and i have been finding over 4 balls per round just by walking along the bushes! Most of them are titleists too! Only ever found a Bridgestone once though, i wouldn't mind trying some of them!

The titleist nxt tour is a great ball for any level of golfer.... You will be very surprised by the distance and spin... Not backing up spin, but just stopping

The srixon URS is a very very good ball too

Would you recommend the NXT Tour over the NXT Extreme? Does anyone else have an opinion regarding which NXT is a better choice?

I think the Tour overall is a better ball. It's built the same way as a Pro V1. The Extreme will give you a little more distance but does not spin as well as the NXT Tour
