Today I hit the tour burner hybrid 19* and really liked hitting it around 220+ on a good shot. I had a launch angle of around 18*. Overall I thought it was a good club. Wondering if anyone would recommend it or has any other opinions, thanks

If you don't hook it it's good, it's very solid but I just can't help but hook the hybrid or the fw woods just looking at it scares the hell out me because I already know I'm going hard left if they made a model that had a more open face angle or even a more open look to it I would probably be able to hit it and would not hesitate, that being said if you do not have the lefts with it buy it.

      I enjoyed the A-B-C-D scramble we did at Kittyhawk before it shut down. Yes. The point was to meet the other members and get the season kicked off. Nobody took it too seriously. At least with that group, cheating wasn't a big issue.  As the D part of A-B-C-D, I enjoyed getting to play with one of the Association's top players. One year I played with the city champ. Man could he hit a ball.  It probably isn't something I'd want to do more than once a year, but it has its place.

      This year the 2 person scramble at Garland was flighted after 36 holes.  The final 18 holes determined the winner.  This was more fair since most people really wouldn't know what flight they would be in.
