I have played both and they are excellent. I think they are as good as the top courses in CT (Stanwich, Fairfield, Wampanoag and Hartford) and better than some of the more well known (TPC and Richter).

Make sure you play the appropriate tees. I have heard some players complain about the difficulty and/or forced carries but that is because they played tees that were inappropriate for their level or distance.
