Just to Chime in I hit my callaway Steelhead III Uniflex 17* 4 wood farther than I can hit my Nike Sumo2 15* 3 Wood off the deck. For me its because of the shorter shaft I have 95% success with my 4 wood and probably 50/50 with my 3 wood. My 19* Burner Hybrid is about 190 and I can hit my 4 wood 210ish off the deck. My Swing speed is upper 80s low 90s

If you struggle with a 3 wood, then do the smart thing and pick a club you can hit. I went 4 wood then to top it off I went with the uniflex, cause its yet another 1/2 inch shorter than graphite and I just crank on it. You can pick em up for $30-50 bucks.

WOODS Taylormade R11 15* , Big Bertha 4w
HYBRID Taylormade Burner Rescue 19*, Taylormade R11 5 Hybrid
