I have a CLK Fli-Hi, 20*. I think it's a great club but I really don't like the Aldila shaft on it because it's heavy and launches the ball too low. The clubhead is really solid though and impact is a very powerful feeling. The MP Fli Hi hybrid- irons are really great as another option. They hit the ball pretty high but feel solid and look like irons.

I like them so well I now carry 3 of them. They are forgiving, but are also more workable than a lot of models and have a deep face, which makes them easier to hit out of rough. They should definitely at least be on your radar when considering and testing new hybrids. I've owned Adams, TaylorMade, Cleveland, Nike and Callaway hybrids (as well as a couple other's I got cheap and tried). The Fli-Hi CLK's have been far and away the best of those I have owned or tried. And when you hit them it feels so solid it almost feels like hitting a driver.

Great clubs and very underrated, IMO. I carry 2 Mizuno MP Fli-Hi and they work well. I personally havent tried out the CLKs yet, but most people seem to like them.

Whats in my :sunmountain: C-130 cart bag?

I have Exotics hybrids and if I ever replaced them... it would be with the Mizuno's. I hit the CLK Fli Hi's and came away really impressed with them. I am really looking forward to hitting the new MX700 hybrids later in the week at the PGA show. If I am correct... these have been designed to enable you to adjust the loft and lie. If that is true... I will probably pick a couple up.

I'm thinking about an older but pristine set of MX23s. If I go that route, I might pick up one or two of the MX950 or MX100 hybrids. I love the way both of those hybrids are the exact same shaft length as the irons they replace. I don't know of anybody else doing that. Plus they are loft and lie adjustable as well. Mizuno started that about 2 or 3 years ago when they introduced the MX950s. I have yet to hit either though, so I'm not sure how hot they are.

    • Day 5: did a stack session. Did some slow swings between sets, working on hands down.
    • So, I might have to get out of the C-Taper golf shaft. I have an older Mizuno with a KBS Tour shaft in. I was messing around with closing my eyes and feeling where the weight of the club is being felt at. The C-Taper was all in my fingers. I didn't feel much of anything of the club head or shaft of the club. It felt super heavy in my hands. The KBS Tour I could feel a weight further away from my hands, out in space.  The Mizuno weights 2 grams more, but is about 2-3 swing weights lighter than my current irons.  So, yea. I am thinking I might sense the club better with maybe a less stout golf shaft and maybe a lighter swing weight. Probably more to do with the golf shaft. I am thinking the feeling of the weight out in space is more of the shaft loading more easily.
    • Day 25 (2 Apr 26) - Worked on green side chips at the course before helping with the school golf tournament today.  Worked on low flighted spinners to get solid hop and stops.
    • Day 227 4-2 Chest and hip turn with flow drill. Trying to get a rhythm to the hip movement/less segmented feeling.
    • A bit back at it tonight. I just wanted to add in the feel of a softer left arm through out the backswing. This helps me hinge the club. I make sure I am not bending it a ton, but not straightening it. It helps feel like I can keep the club in front of me more and lift the club up sooner.
