Hi
I am a big titleist fan and i love hybrids. The question is what hybrid is better Feel, Look, Distance, Accuracy and all round prefomance. It would be good if you have hit both of the hybrids together. Should i stick with my 585H or Upgrade?

Hi

Feel -> 909H

Looks -> 909H Distance -> 909H Accuracy -> Depending on your swing but 909H Forgiveness -> 909H All round performance -> 909H Trade in your 585H and get a 909H and you won't look back. I sold my 585H after 2 months of trying to like it...

The 909 is much more forgving than the 585, and the stock voodoo shaft works great with the head. I still use both models (19 909 & 21 585), but ill probably get a 21 degree 909 soon or just put my 3i back in. IMO the 585 has a better feel on well struck shots. Well struck balls with the 909 seem like they just riccochet off the face more instead of being compressed by it. But it wasnt enough to turn me off. Go for the 909.

I have just started using a 585h, it doesn't feel or sound as good as my previous cleveland hibore hybrid but it does give me a lower ball flight and more workability (which is what I wanted), it just is not as satisfying to hit (feel wise).

I have to say the 585... I have the 17* 909 but at this point I don't like it as much as my 17* 585... For me the 585 is more workable... I still have the 21* 585 in my bag and don't plan on replacing it... I am definitely going to give the 909 more time and spend more time on the practice tee hitting it but I like the 585 better

Pretty much what I said, too

http://thesandtrap.com/clubs/titleis..._hybrid_review - eliminated some quick lefts for me though, the occasional one that is.

the 585 is certainly a workable club-- too much for me in fact. you super low handicapers prolly love it-- i use it when i know i'm not going to hit a straight shot-- generally cause i can't with it :) i think i would benefit from the more forgiving 909 :)

I'm currently carrying a 19* 585H and a 21* 909H and love both of them. Between the two, I'd say I actually prefer the feel of the 585H a bit better. The feel with a well struck shot from the 585H is better than any hybrid I've ever hit.

ps-I've hit and owned quite a few hybrids

Ok, I said in this post a few days ago that I liked the 585 better than the 909... This past Saturday something clicked with the 17* 909 and I really started liking it, so much that I purchased the 21* 909... Just got back from the practice tee and I love that club... Felt very very solid and pure... I guess I don't need to be so stubborn
