The days are getting longer.

I had all but given up hope of ever playing again ... the snow banks here in NH are 8 feet high in places. But yesterday, I stepped outside to take the trash out and looked up at that bright sun and there was a slight, ever so slight, touch of WARMTH to it.

A friend of mine just saw over 100 robins in his backyard. Some of them stay here all winter,but the rest must have just come back up north. I hope this is a sign of an early spring in Upstate New York. They are more reliable than a ground hog who bites the hand of the Mayor of New York City!
