Hi all,

Just seen a set of these second hand and wondered if you guys thought these were still worth a go. I'm a very good ball-striker for my handicap, and my pro reckons I'd be fine with them. I have hit a demo 6 iron and loved it. Unfortunately, being a junior I'm a bit tight for cash, but I can get hold of these for £180.

Is this a good deal? Is it still worth getting these irons?

absolutley. If the AP2's irons had never come out i would be using the 735.cm right now.

I say go for it. If you hit them well (only you know) then why wouldn't you, if you can afford it?

Driver: Nike Covert Driver

I use these irons right now, and I wouldn't trade them for any other irons with the exception of maybe the ap2s. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who's a decent ball striker. Hope you get them!

      Ah.. my regular weekend league. Lol Scrambles are fine. Usually there's charity involved. So there's that. There are much worse events Im forced to attend twice a year.

      I enjoyed the A-B-C-D scramble we did at Kittyhawk before it shut down. Yes. The point was to meet the other members and get the season kicked off. Nobody took it too seriously. At least with that group, cheating wasn't a big issue.  As the D part of A-B-C-D, I enjoyed getting to play with one of the Association's top players. One year I played with the city champ. Man could he hit a ball.  It probably isn't something I'd want to do more than once a year, but it has its place.
