It was pretty neat, but it really was just a cameo. The only thing that got a bit annoying was the winning team's (and Trump's) unending praise for Vijay as "the best and most consistent golfer in the world.

If that's the case, how come he hasn't won in 18 tournaments?

Umm, he is ranked 15th on tour in putting, 1.727 And thats not skewed by missing a lot af greens because he is ranked 8th in G.I.R. 70.1%. So I don't think its the putting. If you look at his stats the only area where he seems to be lacking is in the driving where he ranks 101st in total driving. Its just a matter of time until Vijay wins, we are just so used to him winning all the time its a shock. Remember Phil didn't win until April.

Uhm, except:

Putting Leaders measures putting performance on those holes where the green is hit in regulation (GIR). For these holes, the total putts are divided by the total holes played. By using greens hit in regulation we are able to eliminate the effects of chipping close and one putting in the computation.

Uhm, except:

Maybe skewed wasn't the correct word. What I meant is his putting rank is for real since he is hitting so many greens. Whatever now I am confusing myself. Anywho, he is ranked 50th, I believe, in Putts per round. Thats not great but its not too terribly bad. Leads me to believe that he is not getting the putts to go in if he misses the green. Chipping woes maybe?

      I wonder if that is why my home course basically have no stakes now.  Not even markers.  It’s completely up to golfers to remember what is OB and hazard and how things used to be marked.     Even in tournaments, there is no marking and certain areas are played differently by different golfers who either don’t know better or use it to their advantage funny reading thru this with courses that actually have markers

      Great post, thanks for the informaiton. I try to avoid adding salt to anything I eat. I tend to add pepper on to my meals as opposed to salt. And I am trying to eat as clean on possible. On golf day, I eat 3 eggs for breakfast (pepper NO salt) and a salad for lunch, with grilled chicken thigs (pepper, garlic, no salt). I have been trying to avoid processed food, but we all slip. I also should have mentioned that the electrolyte packet calls for mixing with 16 oz of water, however I mix in 32 oz of water, so I dilute the electrolyte powder.

      So if I read the news correctly, the PIF will not fund LIV after this season.  LIV is trying to find new funding and a number of players there are now asking about getting back to the Tour.    I am very, very concerned that Taylor Gooch will not have a place where he can make a jackass out of himself soon

      It is a known technique, similar to the armed forces box technique. They use a 4x4 , in through the nose and out through the mouth. I use it to go to sleep fairly often. It works for me
