What a finish!

I'm kinda sorry I missed it. Then again, Chris Couch won in the end, so... pfffft.

Yet another "almost only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades" for frickin' Chucky Three Sticks.

Good to see the course back in action. In an interview they did on the golf channel the golf pro said that the water level was 8 feet above the golf course and in a little over a year they have fixed it up and made it a great tournament. And yes, hats off to the guys that played it.

I hated watching that tournament. Chris Couch played like...well, like ME over those last two holes, except that I'm slightly better from greenside bunkers. Then won it on a freak chip-in. Well, he did make a clutch putt on 17, but it was a freaking BOGEY SAVE. Is that the mark of the 15-handicapper or what?

Fred Funk deserved the win as a 50th birthday present.

Well, I didn't get to see any of the tournament last weekend, and I found out that CH3 finished in a tie for second. I was pretty happy about that, even though he didn't win. It's better than his previous finishes in 2006. And it's not like he played a bad round either. A seven-under round on Sunday will do some great things for a player, so he just has to keep it going.

And he did move from 100th+ to 40th on the money list. So now he is back in the thick of things to get inside the top 20 or 30.

Chris Couch won and congrats to him.....blah.
