Fujiura Speeder Pro Gold

I have a friend who took a Speeder Pro Shaft out of a Cobra driver and put it in another head. Well...he loved the shaft and has since broken it. Its the yellow or gold shaft that came stock from Cobra. It was a stiff flex. Does anyone have the specs on this shaft or know which one of the Fuji shafts it is similar to. I went to Fujikura website and of course they have many speeder shafts and none look like the Cobra that was made specifically for them. Any help would be appreciated!!!

Which Cobra and when was it made?

the only Fujikura shaft offered in a cobra driver, right now, is the Rombax 6X07 and it is gold in color.

The Rombax 6X07 uses a proprietary Triax material and a new computer woven, braided box weave composite, fortified with Kevlar Triax in the tip section. This design benefits the player who loads the shaft hard and offers control with a penetrating ball flight.

It was the previous model, not the newest one out. It was a stock shaft on that model. Thanks anyway for trying.

Golfworks OEM shaft replacement guide lists the 2006 Speed Pro S with the Speeder Pro Graphite shaft. The recommended replacement shaft is a Speeder 757 (special order). I have no idea what "special order" means, I haven't seen that in the guide before.

edit: I think maybe they just mean that they (Golfworks) don't usually carry the Speeder shafts.

I've found that sometimes shaft companies make shafts ONLY for a brand of clubs and not for re-sale. My nickents have true temper shafts that are the same as the dynamic gold but made only for nickent.
