I was checking these the other day, they seem pretty neat. There supposed to calm and relax your muscles and loosen up your joints. Something to do with electrical pulses. They look cool and you can use them for everything. Anyone else use one for golfing or has any input if there worth it or not?

I played baseball in college and used em...i'm a big guy and one didn't do the trick...i had 3 on and to be honest...definitely made a uniquely indescribable feel. wasn't so much relaxation as it was...made you feel warmed up without really doing anything. I've always used Phiten brand...i'v wanted to try the wrist ones since i've broken it about 4 times and it aches later in a round...good stuff tho

Personally, I think those things are BS. But alot of people swear by them. I used to work with a guy who was a believer in the benefits of magnets. I politely tried them, but didn't notice anything at all. I think it just comes down a placebo effect - if you feel like they help you, then they do; if you don't, then they don't.

I have 3 necklaces and 3 bracelets... all of which are Phiten.

I first started wearing them for baseball and I definitely noticed a difference. As for golf, I am going to start wearing a necklace in the summer when I start golfing..

There was something about the bracelet that I didn't like wearing it during golfing.. It was probably just a mental thing of mine though.

Ditto. Trion-Z was handing them out at the PGA show a year or two ago. I wore one for awhile, didn't notice or feel a darn thing different.

I've seen these. At the Long Beach Golf Show a few weeks ago, I saw a bracelet whose sellers claim improves your flexibility and stability.

A piece of clothing that improves your physical characteristics just by wearing it is, in my mind, reserved for items in role-playing games. I don't put much stock in them for real life.

That having been said, if you feel that it helps you, go ahead and wear one.

things like this remind me of that scene in Tin Cup where Cheech has Costner's characters do all sorts of things to get him out of his slump like jiggling change in his pocket and what not. you do enough things to get your mind off of what actually matters and all of a sudden you forget what was causing the problem to start. if it works for you then go for it
