Yeah, I'm taking lessons right now with a golf pro. The golf pro tends to emphasize iron play and the short game, since he says that those are the areas where people tend to neglect. (kinda true, considering that everyone I see at the driving range is swinging a Taylor Made or Nike driver).

Even though I agree that the short game is important, I still want to hit decent drives.

In my bag:

R540 Driver
Stan Thompson "Ginty" 5 wood
Burner LCG 3-PW, SW, LW putter (mallet) and golf balls

I take it away low and slow and really concentrate on the back of the ball. I don't look up until the club hits the ball. I try to take a nice smooth swing. If you hit the center of the clubface the ball will go forever. I tee it just at the instep of my left foot.

In My Bag:
Driver: R9 TP 9.5°
Hybrids: Idea Pro, 16°, 20°, VS Proto
Irons: TP MB 4-P
Wedges: Vokey SM 50.08 54°, 60°Putter: NP2

The last couple of months I've been drilling the draw swing into my head. It's only screwing up my entire swing. I'm going to back to a fade. Much more reliable.
